Adhvik Aadhya is built around three desks that have to talk to each other every day: talent delivery (client requirements and bench), technical screening (interviews and scorecards), and client success (onboarding, attendance, replacements and feedback). Software delivery leads sit with the same bench when we take web, mobile or AI project work.

We do not treat staffing as a resume blast. Consultants on our payroll are people we have already measured. That is the only way we can promise multinational clients speed without gambling on untested profiles.
